DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS POLICY

i. Coastal Interiors offers a reliable and free delivery service to all locations on all products, including an available evening and weekends delivery service.
ii. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to agree a suitable time for you to receive your order.
iii. Please bear in mind that delivery can take between 8-14 days, sometimes longer. Delivery times vary depending upon product availability.
iv. Depending upon the product and its availability, it may also be possible to collect your online order from our Coastal Interiors showroom. If you would like to know whether this is possible, please use the contact form on our website for more details.

RETURNS POLICY

i. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty upon delivery, you are entitled to claim a like-for-like replacement, free repair or full refund. In such instances, no collection fee will be applied.
ii. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 28 days of the day you have given us notice of cancellation.
iii. To obtain a refund you must take reasonable care of the goods delivered. If you fail to do so, we can offer you our repairs service at a competitive rate but reserve the right to withhold a refund. We may also apply a small collection and delivery fee in these circumstances.
iv. Unwanted goods may be returned free of charge under your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).
v. Please note that product guarantees vary depending upon the manufacturer.
